I had this checked out from the library for over a month before I finally bought it from Amazon. We used it multiple times. It has every category of remedies you can think of. Supplements, homeopathy, reflexology, acupressure... definitely worth $17!!

I found it to have a lot of helpful information concerning some of the diseases my family and I are going through. I really don't believe in taking prescription drugs if and when possible. This book has been very informative to me. I would recommend this book to anyone who is concerned about taking prescription drugs.
