Very nicely put together. Very easy to comprehend. However, some of the videos that are listed on the website (link is in the book) has some very questionable material.
One instance, we learned to NEVER reach over your hand while the needle is in the arm... In the video the phlebotomist reaches over to grab something
Another example, when putting on PPE. The video says "Do not touch the front covering, it should remain as sterile as possible". The woman showing how to put on the gown is touching all over the front. Contradicting the narrator.

The book came right on time. Only issue was that the shrink wrap had been opened so that seller could put the order receipt inside the book. But since the coating of the Online code hadn't been scratched off and the book was in perfect condition, I don't have problem with that.
