This book has some really great ideas and starting points for bullets. Walks you through all aspects of writing evals and awards with great advice on what should be in but just as important, what should not be in.

If you don't have this, well, I'm sorry. If you have to do more that 20+ Evals in a sitting, this will help you keep your mind sharp, and give you ideas on making better evals. After all, it's all about your sailors. This is their life on paper for one year. Do them justice, give them them evals they deserve.
