What a piece of worhtless junk. The formatting is off, there are bookmark error messages in the TOC. This book has absolutely no relevance to the CISM exam. Save you money and purchase the study materials from ISACA. Selling this book as study aid is criminal.

I bought this book with high expectations. This book needs a thorough proof reading. Even the content page has missing links! The book capitalize on the phrase Passing CISM exam passing. The book is more like reading few bullet points for revision and does not have any worthwhile content. Even though I have not read any other book for CISM preparation, This is not the one I will recommend anyone. The coverage is the 2 of the 5 domains is non existent. ie Information Security Programme management and Incident response. This book is derived from some form of exam notes.

Completely worthless...this is less than an overview
Granted the ISACA versions will put you to sleep, this will confuse you with content that is all over the place. This is published by the "Art of Service" people who attempted to streamline ITIL study, same result for all.
I should have known - it cost $20

This review guide, like nearly all of those that are written by Mr. William Manning, in a nutshell, are poorly written.
If you look, Manning has written well over 100 certification review guides. Most of these are pulp guides, a cut, paste, with no proofing.
There are way too many mistakes in this book. I counted over 25 by page 20.
There are better guides. Use those if you really want to get the certification.

This is one of the worst written books that I have ever read. It is full of incomplete sentences and incoherent thoughts. Obviously, the manuscript was never reviewed by a professional editor. It would not be possible to use this book to prepare for the exam.
